Our reception is open from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. However, to carry out the check-in or out, after hours, we have an Autocheck system available, without interruptions, 24 hours.
We also wish your pet to get to know Valladolid. So, on request, we allow up to 2 dogs per room, regardless of their size. All we ask is that they are always accompanied. Supplement: €10 (per animal and night).
Our current facilities may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. Should you have any special needs, do not hesitate in contacting us.
We do not have our own parking area, but there is public parking available at less than 100 metres and free public parking areas at 450 metres away. For further information, please contact us.
